HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You need to download and fill out our registration form. It's a terms and conditions document with the last page containing information about you and your team that we need to get you in the game.
Team fees must be paid by either sending in a check, or signing up through Eventbrite.
YOU'VE GOT TWO OPTIONS:
Print and fill out registration form and send in a check to:

Or
Pay through Eventbrite. Then download the registration form. Go through the form and e-mail foxcardmedia@gmail.com and say that:
1. I Agree to the terms of this attached document for the 4th Annual Columbia Gorge Film Project.
2. List in the e-mail all information from page 1 and page 2 that you would have filled out if you were physicaly sending the form through the mail.
3. Attach the blank registration form to the e-mail.
REGISTRATION FEES
Early Bird - Sept 1st - Oct 24th -2015 - $70
Final Days -Oct 25th - Nov 1st -2015 - $90
Students - $50
* Paying with a credit card through Eventbrite will cost a little bit more money since they charge a commision to use their service
*If sending in by mail, it must be postmarked by June 1st to be considered in the Early Bird fee category
* At least 3 students on a team to be considered a student team. Each student member must provide a copy of their student identification when signing up. Team representative must be a student.
